We offer private one-on-one sessions. Seb's private sessions cover multiple Qigong sets with specific applications tailored to your needs. Jenny's private sessions can focus on Yoga, Sound Healing, breathwork or a combination, as well as various other practices and guidance. Please get in touch to discuss and arrange a time.
