Jenny is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, bringing over a decade of dedicated experience in yoga practice and teaching, with particular expertise in Therapeutic Yoga and Restorative Yoga. She has been teaching Yoga at UNI Yoga Academy at senior tutor level in Vietnam, leading and contributing to numerous 200-hour and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training programmes, mentoring and supporting the next generation of Yoga teachers. Restorative Yoga is a core component of her curriculum, reflecting her commitment to practices that support deep healing and recovery.
In recent years, Jenny has expanded her practice into Sound Healing, completing extensive training in therapeutic sound, breathwork and meditation. She integrates meridian sound healing, therapeutic sound, breathwork and meditation into her classes to support deep relaxation, energetic balance and holistic healing.
Known for her calm presence and authentic approach, Jenny creates a grounded and supportive space where students can slow down, reconnect with their bodies and cultivate deeper awareness. Her work bridges traditional yogic wisdom with therapeutic practice, and her understanding of how sound, breath and movement interact along the body's energy pathways informs every class she teaches.
Seb brings over two decades of training in Asian healing arts. His path began with Yoga in 1997, studying with masters in Japan and India while remaining committed to its authentic roots beyond modern trends. He is a certified Yoga teacher through IYF Asia, qualified in South Korea, and continues to draw on the depth of that long practice in his teaching today.
In 2010 he turned his focus to authentic Qigong, training intensively with masters across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand and Scotland. What started as a personal practice quickly became a vocation. Seb went on to lead Qigong groups in Tokyo, Fukuoka, Vienna and Seoul, sharing these practices with diverse communities and deepening his understanding of Qi cultivation and the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine as they relate to energy work and the body's meridian system.
In parallel with his Qigong training, Seb qualified as a Therapeutic Thai bodywork therapist and instructor, accredited by TTMA Japan since 2018, with deep additional study in TCM Reflexology. This gave him a precise, hands-on framework for working directly with the body's energy lines. He has taught at senior tutor level at the Traditional Thai Massage Association Japan and at the Shivaga Traditional Medical School in Japan, where he delivered Therapeutic Thai Bodywork, Reflexology and Qigong.
On a note unrelated to any mundane practices and considerations, Seb is an initiate and direct disciple in the Inchegiri Navnath Sampradaya lineage (Nisargadatta Maharaj, Ramakant Maharaj).
Amy is a certified Yoga teacher holding a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, with five years of dedicated teaching experience. She specialises in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Sound Healing, and has worked extensively with international clients across a range of settings.
Her Yin Yoga practice uses long-held postures to release tension stored deep in the connective tissue and to encourage a sense of openness and ease throughout the body. Her Restorative Yoga classes offer a supported, deeply restful practice that gives the nervous system space to settle and the body permission to heal.
Amy's Sound Healing work complements her Yoga teaching naturally. She integrates therapeutic sound into her sessions to deepen relaxation and support energetic balance, creating an experience that goes beyond physical postures into a fuller sense of restoration. With a warm, unhurried teaching style and a genuine attentiveness to each student, Amy creates a space where people feel safe to let go and reconnect with themselves at their own pace.
