- Introduction to Qigong as a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine
- Qi and its relationship to the yogic concept of Prana
- The Three Treasures (San Bao) and their correspondence with the Pancha Kosha model
- The Three Dantian and their correspondence with key Chakra locations
- The philosophical roots shared by Qigong and Yoga as contemplative energy practices
The Meridian System
- Structure and function of the Jing Luo (meridian and channel) system
- The 12 primary meridians and their associated organ systems
- The 8 extraordinary vessels, with particular focus on the Ren Mai and Du Mai
