Six movements. One complete, balanced practice you can keep for life.
"Practised properly" is the key phrase. The same six movements can be performed as nothing more than gentle exercise, and much of what is sold as Qigong today is exactly that: slowed-down aerobics wearing traditional clothing. The movements are one tool among several - a means, never the end. What makes this set Qigong is the internal work: a quiet, well-aligned body; breath that helps guide the Qi and settle the mind; intention (Yi) using the subtleties inside each movement to lead the Qi with accuracy; and listening awareness that gives you real, tangible feedback. Qi does not need to be visualised. It can be felt, and learning to feel it is central to this course.
This course teaches the Five Elements version of Heaven and Earth, and it is suitable for any level of experience. The same external movements can also be practised as an Eight Extraordinary Meridians Qigong - an advanced, internally very different practice taught in the Eight Extraordinary Meridians course.
The course is deliberately structured - foundations first, then each movement, then the complete practice - so you always have what you need at the moment you need it. By the end you will know not only the form but which Element each part of it addresses.
That's €65 per session, with everything else included.
This may be your first Qigong or your fifteenth year of it - either way the course meets you where you are. It suits Yoga teachers, acupuncturists, Chinese medicine practitioners, therapists, bodyworkers and movement teachers seeking a grounded personal practice, as well as existing Qigong students who sense there is more beneath the surface of the forms - and anyone serious enough not to rush.
